Delete in the app
- Sign in to PlayBlind.
- Go to My Profile → Account.
- Select Delete account and follow the instructions to confirm.

Request account deletion from the email address you registered with. We may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity.

- Account, profile, matching and point information
- Photos, videos, posts, comments and chat data
- Optional verification documents and verification status
Deletion is completed within 30 days after identity verification. The minimum information required by law or for legitimate purposes, including payment and e-commerce records, dispute resolution and fraud prevention, is stored separately for the applicable period and then deleted.
